EU Customers-Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@akamastone.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All Customers-General Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@akamastone.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads or software
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Wears and piercings
US Customers-Customs & Duties
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
